Ministry of Justice
An Act to provide a juvenile justice system, to protect the rights of juveniles, ensure an appropriate and individuals response to juvenile offenders, provide for young offenders and for connected purposes.
Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning
The GPRS serves as the comprehensive government document highlighting policies, strategies, programmes, projects, interventions, and plans towards growth and poverty reduction in Ghana for 3 years. It seeks to facilitate stimulated growth of the economy, wealth creation for Ghanaians, and development of an inclusive society through sound economic management for accelerated growth, sustainable livelihoods, human development and the provision of basic services, support of the vulnerable and excluded, good governance and increased capacity of the public sector, and active participation of the private sector as the main driver of growth.
Ghana Maritime Authority
This Act provides rules for shipping and related matters such as survey, registration, licensing and marking of ships, mortgages on ships, maritime liens and claims, ship records, prevention from collisions and maritime security, construction and importation of ships, carriage of dangerous goods, liability and divisions of liability and protection of the marine environment.
Local Government and Rural Development
The act establishes the Local Government Service with the broad aim of ensuring effective and efficient administration and management of local government services in Ghana.
Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology & Innovation
Protection under this Act is available regardless of whether a geographical indication is registered; and against a geographical indication which, although true as to the territory, region or locality in which the goods originate, falsely represents to the public that the goods originate in another territory. Indications contrary to moral, indications that have fallen into disuse are excluded from protection.

This policy represents Ghana's push to attain its vision for ICT. This is in line with the worldwide recognition of the importance of ICT for national development. It strives to realize the vision to transform Ghana into an information-rich, knowledge-based society and economy. It targets the development, deployment and exploitation of ICT within the economy and society.

This is an Act providing the regulations guiding the practice of real estate in Botswana and for other ancillary matters.
Ministry of Justice
The policy outlines the principles for election management, monitoring and observation in the SADC region. The policy takes into account the political, legal, social, and cultural context in each country and expects member countries to adopt the policy to their context.
Ministry of Health and Wellness
This policy provides the framework for the inclusion of mental health awareness, goals and objectives into general health activities. It provides for the recognition of mental health specialists.

These regulations provide for labelling of Food Additives, labelling of pre-packaged foods regulations, and marketing of foods for infants and young children.
