The Ghana ICT for Accelerated Development (ICT4AD) Policy

This policy represents Ghana's push to attain its vision for ICT. This is in line with the worldwide recognition of the importance of ICT for national development. It strives to realize the vision to transform Ghana into an information-rich, knowledge-based society and economy. It targets the development, deployment and exploitation of ICT within the economy and society.
