These regulations apply to any civil aircraft accidents or incidents arising out of or in the course of air navigation and either occurring in or over Nigeria or occurring to Nigerian registered aircraft elsewhere and/or where the interest of Nigeria is involved and also any accident or incidents involving state and civil aircraft in a civil aerodrome either occurring in or over Nigeria. Regulation 6 defines the functions of the Bureau. Some of its functions include determination and classification of occurrences, the conduct of investigations into accident, serious incident or incident arising out of or in the course of air navigation and either occurring in or over Nigeria or occurring elsewhere as applicable to an aircraft registered in Nigeria or operated by Nigerian operator etc.

This document emphasizes that no fruit juice or nectar shall be manufactured, imported, exported, advertised, sold distributed or used in Nigeria unless it has been registered per the provisions of these regulations and no person shall manufacture, import, export, advertise, sell, distribute or use any fruit juice or nectar which contains non-nutritive sweeteners without the approval of the Agency.
