Tanzania National ICT Policy 2016 Implementation Strategy is prepared to translate the policy statements into actions, covering five years from 2016/17 to 2020/21.

This strategic plan guides the implementation of RMNCAH interventions in the country, building on the progress made under One Plan (2008-2015). The strategy focuses on reducing maternal, new-born, child and adolescent morbidity and mortality by offering quality services, of equity, offered by skilled attendants, in enabling environment and in an integrated manner along the continuum of care by taking into consideration both community and facility factors.

This Plan focuses on ensuring equitable access to education and training for all, including the most disadvantaged. Progress towards achieving all of the targets will be tracked through a rigorous Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, which is a separate document annexed to this plan, and this will disaggregate results by gender and by geographical location, as well as having a particular focus on disadvantaged groups such as orphans and vulnerable children, and children and adults with learning disabilities including physical disabilities.

This National Multisectoral Nutrition Action Plan (NMNAP) covers the five years between 2016/17 and 2020/21. It is the implementation plan for the 2016 National Food and Nutrition Policy (FNP) and its ten-years Implementation Strategy (2015/162025/26). It is an evidence-based �double duty action� multisectoral action plan to address the unacceptably high levels of malnutrition in Tanzania in all its forms � both undernutrition and the increasing burden of diet-related non-communicable diseases (DRNCDs) such as for overweight, obesity and diabetes.

This revised edition covers all parts of the Guidelines including the Business Plan (BP), the Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP), the Asset Management Plan (AMP) and the Capacity Development Plan (CDP). Key changes in the guidelines include restructuring the guidelines in terms of arrangement and contents of the parts in a manner that the LTFP, AMP and CDP guidelines may be read together as one document to ensure coherence and comprehension.
