An Act to continue the existence of the Pharmaceutical Regulatory Authority and re-name it as the Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority. It provides for the functions and powers of the Authority; the registration and regulation of pharmacies, health shops and agro-veterinary shops; and the registration and regulation of medicines and allied substances. It also provides for the regulation of the manufacture, importation, exportation, possession, storage, distribution, supply, promotion, advertising, sale and use of medicines and allied substances.

An Act to give effect to the Millennium Challenge Compact and Program Implementation Agreement. It expands access to improve reliability of water supply, sanitation and drainage services in select urban and peri-urban areas of Lusaka in order to reduce the incidence of waterborne and water-related diseases. It generates time savings for households and businesses and reduce non-revenue water in the water supply network by improving water supply and sanitation and drainage services and provide for related matters.
