Ministry of Environment and Climate Change
This law prohibits the manufacturing, usage, importation and sale of polythene bags in Rwanda.

Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning
This Order ratifies the agreement signed in Kigali, Rwanda, on 08 August 2008, relating to the establishment of the African Legal Support Facility. The Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning are entrusted with the implementation of the Order.
Ministry of National Resources
The law spells out the procedures for mining and quarry exploitation in Rwanda. It spells out activities relating to prospecting, searching, exploiting, purchasing, stocking, handling, transport and commercialisation of all substances and quarry products excluding hydrocarbons. It explicitly sets out its guiding principles and classifies quarries and mines as minerals or fossil substances found beneath or on the earth's surface.
Ministry of National Resources
The ministerial order addresses the modalities for land registration. It also provides for the establishment of a register of land titles, procedures for registration of land titles, and transfers of land titles. The order covers land categories specified in articles 11 through 18 of the Organic law of 2005 on the management and use of land in Rwanda.
Ministry of National Resources
The order classifies the species of protected animals as; mammals, birds, and reptiles. It subsequently highlights all protected animal and plant species in Rwanda. It repeals all prior provisions contrary to the ones contained therein.
Ministry of Public Service and Labour
The law establishes the Office for the promotion of development in Rwanda (RDB) and determines its mission, its organization and its functioning. It is to be supervised by the office of the President of the Republic.
Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources
The Prime Minister's order determines the list of chemicals and pollutants prohibited in the country. The prohibitions surround the sale, purchase, import, export, transit, storage, and piling of chemicals and pollutants listed
Ministry of National Resources
The ministerial order establishes modalities guiding inspection of companies and activities polluting the environment. It states that officers competent to investigate environmental crimes shall conduct an inspection aimed at protecting the environment as provided for in articles contained therein.
Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning
The Prime Minister's order highlights the list of drugs or chemical substances prohibited for sale, storage, distribution of any form, and importation and exportation unless authorized or given temporary permission. It also highlights the procedures and requirements for the issuance of temporary authorization or permission.
