Ministry of Rural Development and Land Reform
The Survey Act sets out to regulate the survey of land in the Republic of South Africa. It gives powers to the minister to appoint a land surveyor as the Surveyor-General of the Republic, as well as Surveyor-General for each province or group of provinces. The powers of the appointees and their duties and responsibilities are detailed in the act.
Ministry of Environmental Affairs and Tourism
This regulatory document emphasizes that no person shall catch or attempt to catch any Antarctic marine living resources protected by the Convention on the conservation of Antarctic marine living resources unless authorised by means of a permit issued by the associating minister.

Ministry of Infrastructure
These regulations, made under section 89 of the Nigerian Urban and Regional Planning Act 1992, provide rules for the composition and proceedings of the Urban and Regional Planning Tribunal of The Federal Capital Territory of Abuja. Where the Secretary of the Tribunal believes that a prima facie case is shown against: (a) a developer; or (b) the control department; (c) any other person, he or she shall formulate the appropriate charge or charges and forward them to The Tribunal together with all the documents to be considered by The Tribunal. Appeal against the decisions of The Tribunal may be had with the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory of Abuja.
Ministry of Transportation
An Act to establish the National Inland Waterways Authority with responsibility, among other things, to improve and develop inland waterways for navigation. The regulations state the objectives of the authority to improve and develop inland waterways for navigation, provide an alternative mode of transportation for goods and persons and implement the national transport policy as they concern inland waterways.
