Southern African Development Community Secretariat Procurement and Grants Policy

The purpose of this policy is to provide for the rules for the attribution of public contracts, whether services, works, goods or grants to be procured and/or granted by the SADC secretariat. Part 1 of this policy will refer to procurement of goods, services and works whilst part 2 will regulate grants.
