Guidelines for Strengthening River Basin Organisations: Establishment and Development

With the agenda of enhancing regional integration, poverty reduction and judicious utilization of shared watercourses, these guidelines were developed to assist the governments to establish appropriate institutions to manage shared watercourse system.
