SADC HIV and AIDS Strategic Framework 2010-2015

This provides a strategic framework to response to the HIV & AIDS epidemic in the SADC region. The goal of the framework states that all member states need to demonstrate a fifty percent reduction in the rate of new infections to half of the 2008 levels and mitigate concomitant impacts by 2015.
