Kwara State Public Procurement (Amendment) Law, 2020

This is a Law to amend the Kwara State Public Procurement Law, No. 7 of 2018. It provides for the grounds for removal of the general manager, publication of procurement information in open contracting data standards format, and bidder's right to appeal to court for redress.
