Forfeiture of Assets Act, (Miscellaneous Provisions) 1977

This is an Act to amend the Public Officers (Forfeiture of Assets) Order 1978 and empower the Federal Military Government properties forfeited therein, regardless of any defect in any previous transaction relating to the properties.
