Amendment of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations Listing Notice 3

The notice lists activities and identifies competent authorities under sections 24(2), 24(5) and 24D of the national environmental management act of 1998, where environmental authorisation is required prior to commencement of that activity in specific identified geographical areas only.
