Amendments to the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations

This amends the environmental impact assessment regulations of 2014; subject to the national environmental management act of 1998. The amendments relate to the appointment of environmental assessment practitioners, competent authorities' right of access to information, and submission and consideration of an environmental impact assessment report, among others.
