The Betting, Lotteries and Gaming (Amendment) Act, 2016

This Act provides the legal framework for regulating and controlling gambling activities, for promoting a responsible gambling industry, prevent the negative effects on young people, protect the society and prevent gambling being used as a source of crime and for money laundering activities.
