The Access to Information Act, 2016

This is an Act to give effect to article 35 of the constitution and confer on the commission on administrative justice the oversight and enforcement functions and powers and for connected purposes. This access to information act provides for the right to information, review of decisions by the commission; conferment on the commission of oversight and enforcement functions and powers; regulations for provisions on delegated powers; and consequential amendments.
