Institute of Biodiversity Conservation and Research Establishment (Amendment) Proclamation No. 381/2004

The objective of the Institute is to ensure the appropriate conservation and utilization of the country's biodiversity. The proclamation amends the institute of biodiversity conservation and research establishment proclamation of 1998 as an issue of necessity. It alters the form of several articles and sections, repeals some, and adds other suitable articles.
