Master Plan for Fisheries and Fish Farming in Rwanda

"This Master Plan seeks to review the fisheries and aquaculture situation in Rwanda. It takes into account historical perspective, current management, and the different cross-cutting policies. It involves the evaluation of past efforts and interventions in fisheries and aquaculture sectors. It further presents best options for moving the country towards self-reliance and sustainable development in terms of fisheries and aquaculture production".
