This document hopes to increase the information available on genocide and atrocities in Africa, simultaneously serving to raise awareness of escalating problems. The African Union Human Rights Memorial focuses on memorialising Rwandan genocide, apartheid in South Africa, Ethiopian red terror and colonialism & slave trade.
