Early Childhood Care and Development Policy

The policy replaces all other related uncoordinated policies and programmes of other Ministries. Recognizing the importance of children as the future of the country, the government recognizes the need to ensure their optimal development into adulthood. The policy guides all stakeholders in their efforts at ensuring comprehensive development of children from the early stages.
