National Broadband Policy and Strategy 2022

The policy sets out Rwanda�s vision to expand affordable, reliable, and high-speed broadband connectivity nationwide as a driver of digital transformation. It emphasizes universal access, infrastructure sharing, rural connectivity, and fostering innovation to support Rwanda�s Smart Nation goals. The strategy aligns with Vision 2050 and aims to position Rwanda as a regional ICT hub by enabling e-government, digital finance, education, healthcare, and entrepreneurship.
