Law Establishing National Standards Inspectorate, Competition and Consumer Protection Authority (NICA) and Determining its Mission, Organization and Functioning

This document is divided into two sections for laws and orders. The first section, which is the law, establishes the National Standards Inspectorate, Competition and Consumer Protection Authority abbreviated as �NICA�. It also determines its mission, organization and functioning. Section B includes presidential orders appointing the members of the Board of Directors of National Bank of Rwanda, the members of the Board of Directors of Broadband Service - Corporation Ltd, Rwanda Government Representative in Board of Directors of SONARWA, among others.
