This Law establishes the long-term savings scheme and determines its organization; establishes Rwanda Inspectorate, Competition and Consumer Protection Authority, abbreviated as �RICA�. It also determines its mission, organization and functioning; governs the organisation of sport, games and leisure; and establishes the National Fund for Environment.
