This Strategic Plan 2019/20-2023/24 is the ?rst ?ve year strategy developed by Rwanda Revenue Authority and is designed to contribute to delivering the National Strategy for Transformation (NST-1) priorities which require substantial ?nancial resources. The plan sets ambitious targets for RRA, including increasing revenue collections year on year.
