Law Relating to the Civil, Commercial, Labour and Administrative Procedure

This Law governs civil, commercial, labour and administrative procedure. It also governs the procedure applicable to other cases in the event such procedure is not governed by any other specific laws except where the provisions of this Law cannot apply to such other cases.
