The document also contains law establishing Rwanda Council of Veterinary Doctors and determining its mission, organization and functioning; law authorising the accession of Rwanda to the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources (IUCN), and the law authorising the ratification of the Treaty of 05 February 2005 on the conservation and sustainable management of forest ecosystems in Central Africa and establishing the Central African Forests Commission (COMIFAC).
