Ministerial Instructions No 01/2017 of 17/11/2017 Relating to Prevention and Fight Against Child Labour

These ministerial instructions establish mechanisms for preventing and fighting against all forms of child Labour. It applies to employers in the formal & informal sector, parents and other persons responsible for the protection of the children.
