Ministerial Order No 007/16/10/TC of 28/10/2016 Relating to Maternity Leave Benefits Scheme

This Order determines modalities for registration with the Social Security Administration; components of the gross salary to which the contribution is subscribed; modalities of declaration and payment of the contribution; modalities for imposing penalties for non-remittance of a contribution on time; and procedures for payment of maternity leave benefits.
