Presidential Order No 65/01 of 04/03/2014 Determining Modalities of Imposing Disciplinary Sanctions to Public Servants

This Order determines modalities of imposing disciplinary sanctions on public servants. It applies to all public servants except those governed by-laws providing for the otherwise disciplinary regime.
