Rwanda Energy Policy

The energy policy has three essential principles: transparent and effective governance, ease of doing business in the energy sector, and enhancement of legal, institutional, organizational, and human capacities in the sector. These principles are targeted at guidance and influence of decisions on the development of the energy sector in Rwanda.
