Law on the Rwanda Academy of Language and Culture

The academy is established with full legal personality and financial and administrative autonomy. Its objectives include safeguarding Rwandan culture and language, analysing Rwandan language and culture, promoting the use of Kinyarwanda in Rwanda and abroad, and determination of mechanisms to protect and preserve the culture, heritage, art, and literature in Rwanda.
