LAW No 001/2016 OF 05/02/2016 DETERMINING THE MISSION, ORGANISATION AND FUNCTIONING OF THE NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL

The law defines the mission, organization, and functions of the national youth council in Rwanda. Youths in Rwanda are classified based on age, between sixteen, and thirty years. The council has a distinct legal personality and enjoys financial and administrative autonomy. The council is to be supervised by the ministry of youth in Rwanda.
