Order on the Steering Committee in Charge of Approval and Oversight of Public Private Partnership

The order determines the functioning of the Steering Committee in charge of approval and oversight of public-private partnerships. The ministers of finance and economic planning, infrastructure, and the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda Development Board are entrusted with the implementation of this Order.
