Presidential Order No 69/01 OF 12/03/2014 Ratifying the Treaty of 05 FEBRUARY 2005 on the Conservation and Sustainable Management of the Forest Ecosystems of Central Africa and Establishing the Central African Forests Commission (COMIFAC)

The order ratifies the Treaty relating to the conservation and sustainable management of the forest ecosystems of central Africa and establishes the Central African Forests Commission (COMIFAC). The treaty was signed in Brazzaville, Congo, on February 05, 2005, and the ministries of natural resources and foreign affairs are charged with implementation.
