Law Authorising the Ratification of the Financing Protocol Between Rwanda and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)

The law ratifies the financing agreement signed in Kigali in Rwanda on July 24, 2013, between the Republic of Rwanda and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (FIDA). The agreement centres around the loan of five million one hundred thousand special drawing rights (5,100,000 SDR) and the donation of five million one hundred thousand special drawing rights (5,100,000 SDR) for the community management project of the Kirehe watersheds.
