PRESIDENTIAL ORDER No 008/01 OF 10/05/2016 DETERMINING THE FUNCTIONING AND POWERS OF REGISTRAR OF LAND TITLES

The presidential order determines the functioning and powers of both the chief registrar and ordinary registrar of land titles. It defines a land registrar as a public officer who keeps and updates the land register; he/she can be the Chief Registrar of Land Titles or a Registrar of Land Titles.
