Order on Regulations Governing Agrochemicals

The ministerial order determines the necessary regulations governing agrochemicals in Rwanda. It also sees to the requirements for obtaining business license and fees for registration of agrochemicals. It highlights the list of registered and prohibited agrochemicals in the country. It addresses key issues, ranging from registration of agrochemicals to licensing of dealers, and to packages, labelling, transportation, advertising, storage, and use of agrochemicals.
