MINISTERIAL ORDER No 004/11.30 OF 11/04/2017 DETERMINING THE FORMAT, CONTENT OF THE REGISTER IN WHICH ALL INFORMATION RELATED TO THE PLANT BREEDER�S RIGHTS IS RECORDED AND THE CONDITIONS FOR HAVING ACCESS TO SUCH INFORMATION

The ministerial order determines the format and content of the register containing all information related to plant breeders' rights. It also determines the conditions to be met to ensure access to the information contained therein.
