MINISTERIAL ORDER No 14/MINICOM/2012 OF 18/04/2012 DETERMINING THE LIST OF WILD ANIMALS SPECIES CONCERNED WITH THE LAW ON COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANIMALS

The ministerial order determines the list of wild animal species prominent in the law for damages caused by animals inside the national park or other protected areas. "All disputes arising from the implementation of this order shall be resolved through amicable settlement. Failure to which, they shall be referred to Rwandan competent courts".
