LAW No 38/2010 OF 25/11/2010 ESTABLISHING RWANDA AGRICULTURE BOARD (RAB) AND DETERMINING ITS RESPONSIBILITIES , ORGANISATION AND FUNCTIONING

As sanctioned and adopted by parliament, the law establishes the Rwanda agriculture and animal resources development board as a public institution with legal personality, enjoying financial and administrative autonomy. The board has a general mission of developing agriculture and animal husbandry via viable reforms and training of farmers in modern agricultural practices.
