MINISTERIAL ORDER No 002/16.01 OF 24/05/2013 DETERMINING THE PROCEDURE FOR DECLARATION, AUTHORISATION AND CONCESSION FOR THE UTILISATION OF WATER

The order determines the procedures necessary for declaration, authorization, and concession for the utilization of water. The Order applies on the following: domestic utilisation of water, activities related to water resources that are subject to declaration, activities related to water resources that are subject to authorisation, activities related to concession granting in water resources and related requirements.
