Order Determining the Management and Use of Land in Special Economic Zones (SEZ)

The presidential order determines the management and use of land in Special Economic Zones (SEZ). The order applies to all land designated for the SEZ, and include; state land in the private domain, land in the public domain of local government, public institutions land, private individual land.
