Order Establishing Irrigation Water Users Associations in Irrigation Schemes

"The Order serves water users in an irrigation scheme built on the public and private domains of the Government as well as schemes built on land that the Government has given out on lease. It serves all existing as well as all future schemes". It details the powers and responsibilities of the association and the functional level on which they operate.
