Law Establishing Rwanda Inspectorate, Competition, and Consumer Protection Authority

The Rwanda Inspectorate, Competition, and Consumer protection authority (RICA) are established, along with the determination of its mission, organization, and functioning. The authority has administrative and financial autonomy and a legal personality. Its objectives range from inspection of quality and standards to establishing collaboration with other institutions.
