MINISTERIAL ORDER No 016/11.30 OF 06/11/2017 DETERMINING REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTHORISING AN APPLICANT TO USE A PROTECTED PLANT VARIETY AND REQUIREMENTS FOR DEFINING FAIR RENUMERATION

The order is under the law guiding and governing seeds and plant varieties in Rwanda. It determines the requirements for authorising an applicant to use protected plant varieties, on exploitation or compulsory basis, as well as requirements for defining fair remuneration.
