Result Based Performance Management (RBM) Policy for Rwanda Public Service

This policy strives to provide principles, guidelines, rules, and rationale for implementing the RBM strategy in Rwanda. The policy identifies past efforts aimed at performance management, prominent among which is the Imihigo; "a performance-based and accountability mechanism". However, this present policy focuses on digging deeper and driving the performance of public officials to ensure the targets of its visions and goals are accomplished as at when due.
