Knowledge Management and Communication Strategy for the Agricultural Sector (2012-2015)

The government of Rwanda aims to transform into a knowledge-based economy. This prompts the need to also modernize and transform the agricultural sector to improve its leverages on improved technologies and knowledge. This strategy focuses on achieving this by ensuring that every activity in form of policies and strategies of the sector is driven and based on knowledge obtained from research.
