Strategic Plan for Agriculture Transformation phase 4 (2018-2024) (PSTA IV)

The PSTA IV serves as the holistic strategic plan for agriculture in Rwanda. It seeks to build on the achievement of the PSTA III. It identifies and evaluates the inherent resources of priority investment areas. It accepts the need to ensure vigorous private sector participation to drive the goals of the government for agriculture. The PSTA IV also emphasizes the need for climate-resilient agriculture and improved nutritional status of the populace.
