Enquadramento legal, estrutura e funções do Conselho Nacional de Combate ao HIV/SIDA (CNCS)

The CNCS was created in 2000 by Ministerial Decree (10/2000 of 23 May 2000). The Decree also created the respective Executive Secretariat as the executive body for coordinating the national response to HIV and AIDS.
