Lei n.º 19/2014: Lei de Protecção da Pessoa, do Trabalhador e do Candidato a Emprego Vivendo com HIV e SIDA (in Portuguese)

This Law establishes the rights and duties of people living with HIV and AIDS and guarantees the promotion of necessary measures for their prevention, protection and treatment. Likewise, it establishes the rights and duties of the worker or job seeker living with HIV and AIDS.
